On October 22nd, 2015, the Fifth Chinese International Testing Equipment Exhibition of Geographic information Technology and Equipment Exhibition was successfully held in Nanchang. This exhibition was guided by National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation of China (NASG) and People's Government of Jiangxi Province, organized by Chinese Society for Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation, China Instrument Manufacturers Association, Jiangxi Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation and co-organized by Jiangxi Society for Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation.

The Chinese Testing Equipment Exhibition of Geographic information Technology and Equipment Exhibition, taking innovation, cross-industry and fusion as the theme, comprehensively showed the application of surveying and mapping geoinformation technologies in land, ocean, air, sky and earth, which includes a complete working procedure and industrial chain of geoinformation data collection, processing, management and application. It covered the latest technologies and equipment including hardware and software, system integration, solutions, etc., and meanwhile demonstrated the new technologies and applications created by the fusion of different industries.

On behalf of the head office, Wuhan KQ GEO instruments Co., Ltd. attended this exhibition with our own products such as M8, M8pro, N8S, K8, P8, T80 and other GNSS products, which covered multiple fields including traditional GPS measurement, GIS data collection, registration of vehicles, UAV data processing, etc. Our aerial photogrammetry GNSS receiver, P8 was highly praised by the guests present. With the popularization of UAV mapping application, the efficiency of traditional surveying and mapping pattern has been greatly improved, but massive control points still cause big problem. However, with the help of self-developed UAV data post-processing software, P8 is able to reduce 50%-80% of ground control points (depend on topographical conditions), which significantly improves working efficiency.

During the exhibition, Ku Rexi, the director of NASG, and Li Weisen, the deputy director came to visit KQ GEO’s exhibition booth.
